Peter Gladdish, founder of Beyond Amazing

Beyond Amazing was founded by Peter Gladdish. Over twenty years he built a tax consultancy from a few thousand in turnover to a seven-figure turnover, survived a near-fatal heart attack in 2025, and came out the other side with a far clearer sense of what actually matters, in leadership and in life.
