THE FOUNDER
Beyond Amazing was founded by Peter Gladdish. Over twenty years he built a tax consultancy from a few thousand in turnover to a seven-figure turnover, survived a near-fatal heart attack in 2025, and came out the other side with a far clearer sense of what actually matters, in leadership and in life. His coaching and consulting come from the real business of leading under pressure, not the textbook version of it. He has worked with leaders at every level across professional services, the public sector, and owner-managed businesses.
